Emory School of Nursing DNP students continue training at CerviCusco
Emory School of Nursing resumed DNP student training at CerviCusco in October following a hiatus of 3 years due to COVID and political unrest. The students and Dr. Elizabeth Downes, Assistant Dean for Graduate Clinical Programs and Assistant Dean for Global Health and co-Director of the Lillian Carter Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility at Emory University School of Nursing, participated in learning activities at community health, hospital, and Ministry of Health and CerviCusco clinical-based health facilities. In addition, students engaged in multiple learning and practical learning sessions with Andina University School of Nursing, a CerviCusco partner.
